Common Questions
Can I Register More Than One Dog?
Yes you can! After you register your first service animal, you can go into your profile and click the “Add Another Animal” Button. This can be done multiple times.
Can I Register My ESA or Therapy Dog?
The answer is yes! You can also register your (ESA) Emotional support animals and therapy dogs on our site.
Are You Affiliated with the ADA or U.S. GOVERNMENT?
No, we are not affliated with any governmant organization. We are out to provide a high quality product to the service animal handlers at this moment.
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely! It’s easy to change your account’s plan to a different one. We’ll be there if you have a sudden influx of orders and need to ship more than what your previous plan allowed. (In case you have a downturn, that’s no problem, either; we’ll be there.)
What makes this registry site better than others?
Our registry website is one of the most functional sites out in the online space. We have taken the registry site experience to the next level by allowing users to have all their credentials in the cloud for on-demand access and sharing.
Can I use or transfer my current account?
No. Usserviceanimalregistry.org and myussar.com do not share information or their registration number. You would have to sign up again in our new website, myussar.com. But don’t worry! It is our new and improved registry site and you should be registering at myussar.com for a better and more comfortable way to handle your service animal information.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes you can! Once you sign into your profile, you can cancel your membership by going into the subscriptions and clicking cancel. We’ll be sad to see you go!
How do I share my Profile?
Its easy! Just share your Registration ID# with whomever you like and have them search for your details within the Look Up feature that is in the Menu and in the Home page
Is membership worth it?
Absolutely! For only $29.99 a year, you get to have all your information in our cloud. You will be able to share and show both you and your service animal’s information to your doctors and veterinarians without having to take paperwork. You can read more about the Pro Handler Member features in our Plans page.
When will I be charged?
As soon as you purchase your desired membership, we will be be collecting your billing information so you can gain access to our premium features.
