Relocated from Dubai to RAK last month and honestly I took for granted how many shops and services were just everywhere down there. Now I’m in a villa area and my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe battery is making that slow cranking sound again (it’s been acting up since the summer started). I don’t really want to drive all the way back to my old mechanic for something as simple as a battery swap, but I also don’t know who to trust up here. Someone suggested Battery Zone because they apparently cover the whole northern Emirates, not just Dubai. Has anyone in RAK or UAQ used them before? How long did the guy take to reach you? I’m just worried they’ll say yes on the phone then show up four hours later. Also any idea if they carry Korean car batteries or mostly just the usual Japanese and American brands? Would appreciate any local advice before I start calling around blindly.
