I’ve got a 2017 X3 and the coolant level keeps dropping every couple of days. I took it to a garage near my place and they just topped it up and told me it was probably fine, which is not really an answer. Now I can smell that sweet coolant smell after driving and there’s a stain on the plastic tray underneath, so something is definitely leaking. I’m almost certain it’s the radiator itself because I’ve seen a bit of crusty residue around the seams, but I want it properly diagnosed before anyone starts swapping parts. I’m looking for genuine BMW radiator leak repair in MBZ City, meaning someone who pressure tests it, shows me exactly where it’s weeping, and uses an original radiator if it actually needs replacing, not some cheap aftermarket one that fails in a year. Has anyone here had this done locally and did the shop actually prove the fault before quoting?
